I don’t know if anyone still looks at this blog or not. If you want to join our Fantasy Baseball league, just add a comment to this post. I’ll send you the link to join.
You can try going on to Yahoo! and joining that way, but I’ve heard there was difficulty doing that in previous years.

On a bit of a side note, I’m not planning on publishing a baseball preview this year. It takes a lot of effort to do one well and I’ve been a bit busy lately. Also, I don’t want to half-ass one like I did last year. It doesn’t reflect well on me at the end of the season.

here’s a half ass one teams to watch
top 4
1. yankees-nothin like spending awhole lotto money
2. royals-good young talent-a’s of the central
3. arizona- could be’s, not sure
4. cubs-win the central and forget about the playoffs
team to watch —-the royals
The A’s made some pretty big changes too. They might have an okay offense this year. Their big move was picking up Matt Holiday from the Rockies. They also signed Jason Giambi for cheap (5.35 mil for 1 year).
How come no one has signed Manny Ramirez? Nobody wants a .330/30+/120+ hitter who’s team has won wherever he has gone (Indians, Red Sox, Dodgers)? I wish the A’s could pull the trigger and get him… but he is too expensive.
How about Randy Johnson signing with the Giants? Does he have anything left? Will he have a better year than Barry Zito? How come the Giants always sign the oldest players available? I’m surprised they didn’t go for Jamie Moyer (can you believe Moyer got a multi-year deal)?
Has the economy really effected teams that much? Look at some of the available free agents (outside of Manny): Pudge Rodriguez, Orlando Hudson, Orlando Cabrera, Ken Griffey Jr., Joe Crede, and Tom Glavine.
im suprised no ones signed Crede, hes not a bad 3B
People are using the bad US economy as an excuse for not signing players.
