Temperature in Lakeland, FL right now – 64 degrees and sunny.
Temperature inside my office in Lakeland, FL right now – I dunno, but is feels like it is in the 50’s.
That is pretty much the way Florida is. In the summers it is sweltering hot. But you spend the majority of your time inside and everyone has their Air Conidtioning cranked to the point where you are cold. When winter comes around, the weather is cooler (no where near cold still) but people still have the A/C kicking.
Compare that to Illinois’ winters. The weather outside is freezing and the people have a ligitmate complaint about it. But when you go inside (where you spend the majority of you day/week) the heat is cranked and it is nice and warm.
So, to sum up, I hate being cold… and it is cold right now.
